- Removed height penalty affecting tweets with pics/video
- increased # of recommended tweets
- Better tracking of dropped tweets
- Removed filter causing false negatives
- Removed penalty if user follows author

I just coded and deployed a small optimization for the "core" microservice in @CloudObjectsIO so that uploading and deleting multiple attachments no longer causes cache issues. #BuildInPublic #WorkInPublic
