He outlined how they recruit. But it clearly had some gaps. Valid concerns many raised. Voices who aren’t in the room at his company.
Now that he’s aware, a smart leader would adjust.

No need to spend time using Figma to wireframe when pen and paper work just fine (or iPad and Pencil). The end product is more important.
