Last evening was productive. I added 'CPU Utilization data' & 'Monthly estimated cost' of a DB instance.

DB connections, CPU & RAM will be used for creating recommendations.

Also, RDS pricing is C-R-A-Z-Y! So many options, extracting it was the hardest so far.

Yesterday, I created this list of #RDS DB instances. Today I plan to get CloudWatch metrics to determine which of those are not used at all (no active connections), and which are over-provisioned - this is much harder to implement. #buildInPublic #aws

I'm starting to work on automatic detection of abandoned NAT Gateways (attached to empty VPCs), that incur costs on your AWS accounts.

This will be included in the next release of @CloudPouch desktop application.
