This has happened to me. I was focusing too much on making money & totally neglected my health & affected my growth. It feels like every year I need to start over, every time.

I also worked on consultation work as a freelancer to keep the money rolling.

My journey in writing daily started off with @kadavy’s #100WordHabit course. And I did it for 100 days.

I didn’t stop, but having the habit going, I moved to writing for my blog, for #buildinpublic.

I’m going to start journaling again, because it helps with my #mentalhealth.💜

If you feel intimidated by Twitter, and hard to focus on sharing your work in public, just don’t.

I deleted the Twitter app when I was on a break. I used @queue_so to schedule my tweets.

I can still tweet, #buildinpublic “quietly”, & enjoy life in real time.
