Startups are non-linear

Many people believe that #buildinpublic is dangerous because people take the idea away from you. I had a great experience this week. @KonradSchaefers sent me a DM w/ screenshot of a beta product from Google, which use video transcripts similar to my startup Noble. (1/5)

Without no-code and Bubble we would have never ever got so far, so fast. Most people think the potential to fail on a startup is a bad thing - the opposite is through. Time is limited and if it fails, I didn’t waste investor money

This is why I love @bubble: Possibility to iterate fast... not communication overhead. I could build the entire reporting feature in less than 2 hours... now collecting a new type of data: reporting data and results... #buildinpublic

Without testing myself, it's nearly impossible to build it a Q&A self-service site.

I had a great discussion today with a famous Electronic DJ about being an influencer. And he said that I have to decide whether you prefer to be behind the scenes or the rock star on stage. #buildinpublic Where do you add the most value?

Lesson learned?
I just don't want to change anything in the next month, just keep going. 4 videos per month. No mistakes. No chatter. #buildinpublic

June was somehow not a *great* month for my Youtube Channel. Growth quite flat...
On the one hand I can imagine that some people had less desire to do no-code because of the lockdown end.
On the other hand I didn't ask myself how we grow 1000% per month.

- We are generating questions and answers using @bardeenai to autogenerate questions and Noble to answer them
- SEO OnPage Tools like @Ryte_DE for @bubble (Pagespeed, SEO, structure,...)
- User Testing with 50-100 people for big UX issues

My brother and I debate about the key product decision of what Noble should become. Here are our learnings:
