Ideas and getting started is one of the hardest parts of doing this. What works for me:
1. Stick to what I know & like
2. Dont over commit
3. Try, Test, Validate a lot of things as quickly as possible

last month a started a service updates.email and it looks like I'm gonna need to pivot this.
1. referral rate conversion is too low
2. customer base might be too small
3. use case is too weak..
