Share the HOW, not the WHAT.

People are more interested in how you do things than what you've done.

Take something you’ve accomplished and list all the things you needed to know HOW to do to accomplish it.

Then tell others how to do each thing.

That's how you create value.

I'm less interested in the actual content, and more interested in the journey, processes, learnings, etc.
