Look up the bios and/or tweets of the people who follow your competitors on Twitter. See what they do, what they like, where they hang out. With this info, you can build a better product and market it better.

Feels kinda funny since I did almost nothing to attract people to the landing page. The only thing I did was putting link in the bio and just occasionally replying to some tweets of big indie hackers' accounts
Had today my first potential user interview to validate the idea π It was via chat, not even via Zoom, cause I was way too scared to do it via meeting. Next time probably will do it via zoom to save time on texting, not so nervous now π
