#buildinpublic update for 397digital. Recurring revenue is strong, mainly driven by our corporate accounts. A few thousand a month in small agency work thru #GreenlightWP. Really working hard to launch a few sites that we'll own and monetize thru ads, listings, etc.

My entrepreneur ADHD... Doubting my main offer that we're doing cold outreach for right now... Just looked at the calendar and it's only been 3 weeks. I need to chill 😂😬

Just got off 1st sales call booked from our outbound campaigns! Went great, have verbal commitment to use use for their next WP Project. I'm hooked! Can't wait to meet and talk with more people to grow the biz

Just finished a simple Scheduling landing page for #GreenlightWP, talking-head video of me hitting the highpoints of what we do and how it works. Outbound campaigns ready to go on Monday. Excited to see how this goes. Big learning experience no matter what.

Just spent hour and half trying to get non-cheesy, free-flowing video to go on booking page -- way damn harder than I imagined. Will try another take tomorrow.

Monthly revenue averaging $18k/mo past few months, but only a tiny portion is from our productized offer. Hope to have the agency retainers tapering off and the productized packages replacing that revenue by the end of the year.
