I expressed displeasure with the services at @RingCentral, after being with them for years.

They decided it would be funny to shut off my ability to speak with a rep.

My plan now offers self-service, they downgraded us without our permission.

What a day! Got a flat tire while heading out to another bank. Would have been "screwed" for tomorrow's appointment for jab #2 across the city.
