After considering a lot of factors, today we have decided to pause onboarding new customers to our Whatsapp ticketing solution.

If you're a B2C company please move away from Whatsapp for business. It does more harm than good.
After close to 264 days of hard work, we are ready to launch our new live chat platform designed for modern startups to talk better with customers.

Main KPI we as a startup are gonna track is not chats, but the time saved for customer-facing teams.

Our main idea behind an Alpha release is to build trust and demonstrate what our product and company can do. Parallelly to see if someone will be ready to pay for a solution like ours.

1. We researched about everyone who is attending the demo and their current role, and plan how to deliver the demo effectively.
2. Researched the company website and digested what they do, who their competitors are, and what industry they are in.

One customer even agreed to replace our tool with a popular CRM in the market (Proud moment :D ).
One thing we had in mind is "A demo shouldn’t be about features, it should be about the pain we are solving".

This has been an exciting week for me and my team. We did an Alpha Release for our Customer Interaction Management platform on Monday.
