I believe in #BuildInPublic and that means sharing when things don't work out, rather than only sharing when they do.

This is a short tale of lessons learned from one project that didn't work out, it was for a kids book about a cardboard box that they then turn into all sorts!
This evening I've drawn:

- a horse/plesiosaur farm - paper
- a sample page for a kids book (a pirate ship mixing cartoon and real-life craft elements) - digital
- a logo - digital

So so many of us have been there! The name of an incredible brand comes up with a vacancy. You'd love to work there so you get chills, you get excited and decide to take a proper look!

Then… disaster… as you notice the person they are looking for is more like a team of people!
