I tried using a Google Form to standardize feedback on the software masterminds, but realized I had so many targeted questions based on the individual. Makes more sense to just have a conversation, which is the whole point of these groups anyway!
Being told that @dynomantle "kind of gets out of the way" is the best feedback I've had yet! It's exactly what I want the app to convey. #PKM tools should be enabling you, not adding roadblocks.
This was so small a feature to have and implement, and yet it was such a huge quality of life improvement in using my own product. The joy I've gotten from this in the past two weeks is hard to measure.
I'm not going to stop marketing efforts, but the recent traffic to @dynomantle makes me realize I do need to redirect some effort in improving the onboarding.
