Wow I managed to create an app by removing the inert="true" when the modal appears... I can workaround can create an app anyways.
Feeling like a real web dev rn 😂

Today I am working on getting bookmarks from the browser for syncing.

Managed to fetch all the bookmarks using the bookmarks API.

It is rather unfortunate that this API is available just via extensions...
