One thing I learned as a founder is that you should fire some customers 🛑

Some people are not into your product in the first place

They don't have a problem other that the need to consume your attention and time 😤

Be decisive. Fire them! 👋🏻

Support requests indicate an issue with a product

Answering emails is not a long term solution

Lots of how to questions = bad UX

Lots of features requests = no core features delivering enough value

Lots of bugs reports = poor code structure or weak QA testing
