✅ So far, I have completed 1 of many tasks, i.e., finalizing the date - Dec 7th, 2022

For solopreneurs, balancing between coding and marketing is hard.
For me, it's been the hardest. 😅

But, I learned my lesson.

From July, I will start maintaining a 50-50 time balance for coding and marketing. 😇

I have some pieces of code which just work, and I don't know why? 🤷‍♂️

As a solopreneur, making a product feature live matters more than the code quality.

At least that’s what I am telling myself now.

I tested it with a couple of new users, and the process seems to be working so far.

This goes without saying, listen to users and understand the product from their perspective.👂

It’s been a week since I launched @supademohq.

26 users signed up, but, listen to this, 70% of them haven’t created a single demo. 👎

The no. of signups and Chrome Extensions downloads don’t match.

Those 70% never downloaded the extension. 🧐

It's upsetting when a deadline is missed.😕

Supademo dashboard is ready to go, but the Chrome Extension is throwing weird issues at me.

It's time to get back to work and prepare for the launch.🤞

And the time came to decide between username/password or passwordless login.

My research suggested that the magic link method is secure, and users no longer need to remember passwords.

Day 5 & 6 of building Supademo

Spent some time converting all MVP requirements into the Notion board.💪

Started the development of UI design using Tailwind UI elements and created:
• Sign-Up
• Login
• Dashboard page

Tailwind makes things amazingly simple.
