@SkylineDev2@Jira The scrum can't be heavyweight. To my understanding, it's always a pretty lightweight, else it's not scrum at all 😆but what do you mean by "heavyweight"?
Also, I'm not sure, what did you mean by "post" and "bucket"?
We just started using scrum. For the app to manage the project, we selected @Jira. We tried many apps like Clickup, Notion, YouTrack and others but for the price/quality ratio Jira looks better. Preparing the first sprint:

Day 28 done. Worked on @airtable bases for Agile coaching site in @softr_io . Airtable has some good workflow templates that I'll be tweaking to use (embed) on the site.
Being able to accurately estimate time and effort is an constant challenge, even when you’re developing with #NoCode. Using a method like Agile/Scrum can certainly help to dial things in and break up work into manageable chunks!
