Posters are dense, hard to read, and make it hard for the reader to figure out how to connect and collaborate with the authors.

Let's redesign them!

Here is an editable @figma link to drop comments, leave feedback, change content, colors, and logos, and even publish your own version!

Sharing ideas will help make the design even better!

Pain point: Applicants have to deal with a lot of information during the interview process and programs don't currently have a standardized, visual format to share that info.

What is the best digital tool to host an ideation workshop? Is there a platform where audience members can submit "post it notes" on their phones? Not sure if attendees will have computers @figma @NotionHQ #DesignThinking #AcademicChatter #buildinpublic #OpenScience
As we explore other avenues for publication, we pre-printed the write up in @ideasurg along with paraphrased reviewer comments and our responses.

We want to share our experience and see if other programs are interested in a similar approach.

1. Publish now then review (auto-pre print)
2. Publish the reviews
3. Make science free to read (esp if fed. funded)
4. Reward content creators and moderators (scientists and reviewers)

(pilot in lower-risk research areas)

Also, I'm trying out @MeetGamma as a way to share an interactive version of our slides - optimized for web and mobile. Let me know what you think of the interface - maybe something we could use more broadly to share conference data.

We will be sharing survey instruments, data, and code as able in support of #openscience #buildinpublic. Stay tuned!

"Build collectively in public so that we can all learn about what works and what did not." the most important point I took from @seemaychou's interview just now with @kulesatony at Founder Led Biotech 2022.
