TL;DR: - I'm continuing my journey to document how my fitness journey over the next 30 days. Here's the second entry. - Today, I felt rested & pumped to hit the road for my jog-walk. - I had a great session today!
How did I feel after starting the challenge? - It felt great to start jogging from the first mile. - I had to remind myself to keep a slow pace at the start to conserve my energy.
- I'm starting a 30-day journey to document my daily exercise sessions intentionally. - Today, I didn't feel like getting on the road for my jog-walk. - I pressed through the lethargy, kept moving, and reached my 5-mile goal for the day.
Today, I added one more tag to my #applenote tag cloud - the #exercisediary, and in the spirit of building in public and public accountability, I'll be trying to share some versions on the entries daily for the next 30 days.
