@Baconbrix Here is the updated video after some work. Added some forward and backward navigating animation. Code isn't a lot clean but repo is project below 👇
Screen transistion animation using Expo Router, Its definitely easier than react native navigation and provides a lot of features hand on. I like the file system based routing. GG Overall: Super Easy to make smooth animations.
I'm really happy that a service like @expo exists, it has allowed me to build and deploy apps for both platforms more easily without owning a Mac myself!
With #expo + #ReactNative on the frontend, I built a rails 7.x API-only app with very simple routes. I used #github actions for Continuous Integration so I don't have to hit the build command each time I push new changes to the main branch #buildinpublic#automations
I integrated the options component with #formik and added it to the onboarding flow. Now, I need to start working on the app and share its details. 😅 #buildinpublic#reactnative#expo
I’ve been setting up the backend and getting close to completing it. Next is figuring out the best way to handle offline/online syncing. #buildinpublic#reactnative#expo
This year my main focus is sharing React Native experiences from professional and personal projects. I updated my website with the context of each project and code snippets. #buildinpublic#reactnative#expo
Recently, MobX-state-tree came up again and promised code readability and performance, which I struggled to manage with Redux. I played around with MST today, and I am considering switching. Few benefits that are swaying my decision...👇 #buildinpublic#reactnative#expo
I went with horizontal scroll selectors for Day and Stage to be flexible for any event and works on all platforms. Initially wanted to use tabs or dropdown selection but does handle all the use cases. What would you have done? #uiux#buildinpublic#reactnative#expo
I implemented the Event Schedule Screen with stage and day filters. There was an issue with react native's FlatList, so I opted to use a ScrollView for now. #buildinpublic#reactnative#expo
I've planned out the views for the Native Festival App. I will reuse the UI as much as possible to focus on wiring a backend for shareability. #buildinpublic#expo#ReactNative
