Last week, we began an active #CustDev for @GetXDocs.
The aim is to gather experience and opinions from professional translators from 10 target countries: Israel, USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and UAE.
Today I have a list of 8 people that I could interview about their pains (for the customer development process), now writing emails and sending them. Let's see if somebody would like to talk.
I've sent 7 emails and 1 Twitter message to the people who created their own coding courses. It was not just a copy-and-paste exercise. I had to recall which courses each created and change my message accordingly.
I still struggle to find people who created coding courses to talk about their projects. Nobody responded yet (I had only one automatic response that completely ignored points of my email).
Had an interview (for the customer development) with a coding course maker (will tweet about him later), two interviews are scheduled for today, and one for tomorrow!
BTW If you create coding courses or know someone, let me know! ๐
Yesterday and today had 3 (three!) video interviews and two virtual conversations with cool people who shared their experiences and problems. I had several insights very interesting and helpful what I hope will help me with my next product.
