This is going to be my new pricing plan. Does it sound reasonable?

ETA: 2 weeks

Search console data for my new dot com domain. It's moving in a positive direction, but still not at parity with the old .co domain

Just sent out my newsletter to 4,385 subscribers, that's 425 more than last month.

My open rate is around 27%. The average opening rate for newsletters across industries is typically around 20% to 30%, so it's not too bad.

My month so far:

* 165 USD new MRR πŸŽ‰
* 209 USD churn 🫣

So for the first time, I have negative MRR growth 😩

I have just implemented a small survey to discover more about why users are cancelling.

My API documentation was pretty terrible. Today I looked into generating the doc automatically.

It worked really nicely. I now have fully documented endpoints with "try it yourself" functionality.

I used apifairy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ by @miguelgrinberg

This week I'm adding a new feature to my product: fundraising thermometers.

Sounds obscure, but this topic has a massive SEO footprint and I think I have a pretty good chance to disrupt all existing solutions 😈

I added a neat new feature today: download your scoreboard as an image.

It was not as hard as imagined, because I'm using a screenshot API. The downside is that my monthly costs have risen by around 100 USD.

Absolutely worth it!

🚨 Sensational news! You can now download a high-resolution image of your scoreboard for free
I've found it hard to show all the user-generated content in my product.

So now I'm now generating images using a screenshot API and am displaying a leaderboard of leaderboards, reachable from the homepage.

Today I went into my product and did something grown-up and painful: I killed a feature πŸ’€

The feature had taken some time to build and I thought it was pretty cool. But the data said it was getting 0 traction.

Goodbye cool but lame feature! πŸ‘‹πŸ₯²
