Getting into next.js was surprisingly easy. Even without prior React experience. Some wins:

- compelling interactive app interface
- 2k statically rendered content pages from a .json
- correct sitemap.xml with almost no effort
- pretty urls instead of .html ones

In other news, I hacked together a little app with Next.js and TailwindUI today: jrebinger.com

You can use it to almost-instantly filter JRE episodes, find good ones to listen to and keep track of them on your device. #buildinpublic
Still stuck in legal indecisiveness. Using the time to take stock of and care for my current digital assets.

Airtable is 🥰 #buildinpublic
Just published my first devlog, on starting to build a SaaS for my digital asset portfolio #buildinpublic youtube.com/watch?v=A2-Fnp…
And that's the point, when testing in production starts becoming tedious. Time for testable business logic!

And tests. A bunch of them. #Django #buildinpublic
So many options to generate legal SaaS docs.

There are basecamp's OSS policies, getterms, iubenda, termly, termify... Probably a lot more.

Gotta find out what is needed, what to look for and what gotchas there are to operate a SaaS in Germany #buildinpublic
Thanks to y'all tweeting about what you #buildinpublic

Just the push I needed this evening to squeeze in a bit more progress before calling it a day.
Thanks to SendGrid +gsuite (and a bit of DNS fiddling), email sending just works. By the power of crontab and a-weird-bash-script regular tasks are working as well.

Technically speaking, the MVP is functional. Not usable, but functional. Way faster than expected. #buildinpublic
SaaS MVP - deploying a first private version to a VPS. Tune in and let's hang out: twitch.tv/vsupalov #buildinpublic
If you're not embarrassed by your first version, you're ~shipping~ sharing too late. #buildinpublic
Streaming some Django web app development! Well, probably mostly project setup and i3 related fiddling: twitch.tv/vsupalov #buildinpublic
Because moving tasks to the right is fun #buildinpublic
Streaming part of my working day for a few hours over at twitch.tv/vsupalov #buildinpublic #firststream

Setting up a new OS for future streams and writing an email broadcast. Come say hi if you like!
