Changed posts to always have a footer in the feed. It looks a bit more busy, but I think it's better for discoverability, esp on mobile.

Still struggling with SSR, not really an issue with FastBoot, but probably with the addon I use for firebase integration with Ember Data or with firebase itself. Will have to schedule some time to work on this again, it's solvable for sure.
