Small update today. Improved navigation from just being a single link to a dropdown. It's still only one item but it gives me the space to add pages in the future temperedstrength.com#buildinpublic#webdev
Split the articles into their own section, now I'm ready to start building things to benefit the fitness community. Going to start with a lifting percentages calculator I think. As always feedback is welcome so please shout #buildinpublic#fitness#dev
temperedstrength.com is progressing nicely. converting the current static page to be powered by @contentful. Once that is done I can start adding content to benefit everyone at a much faster pace & start adding some fitness tools for you all #buildinpublic#dev#fitness
Going in the true fashion of release little and often and failing quickly so with that in mind here is my new project. temperedstrength.com. This fitness prpoject is starting small but i plan on making it a one stop fitness shop. #buildinpublic#dev#build#fitness#health
Im really digging @reactnative I have been able to transfer so much logic and setup over to this project. Here’s the start of the new project with register flow working #buildinpublic#dev#app
Pivoting wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the right one. We have learnt so much from the first build now it’s time to do it laser focused, stay tuned 💪 (6/6) #buildinpublic#startup#gym#fitness
Going to try and start implementing some of the ideologies and methods from here when planning new parts to my fitness app. untools.co I can highly recommend this resource or anyone else #buildinpublic

Another small UX win here, when selecting an exercise the card highlights blue, which does no justice for my nice little muscle group component. Here's the before and after image of a quick color change #buildinpublic#developer#a11y#ux
Started updating the UI for the create Workout page in the fitness app. I updated button color's and moved the add set to the top left so you can spam click it rather than having to reposition finger/cursor every time. #buildinpublic#dev#fitness
Here's the current progress on the fitness app (still thinking of a name).
- All exercises now highlight the worked muscle group/s with the handy little image - The data is all coming from @strapijs now. - Added way more tests!
