Just analyze Flowio's 2021 report and figure out that Email & SMS are two commonly used features in my Shopify App.

I'm thinking about upgrading them🤔SMS-2-way or Email forwarding, maybe?

Just got a chat with my friends about the @FlowioApp. While discussing, they suggested that I should add 24/7 live chat to help shoppers get the answer promptly, without waiting longer for an email reply. That will help #BFCM a lot!
