Talk to your co-founder regularly! Even if its just a chat over coffee, it'll help immensely.

๐ SaaS Tip 4: Share your product EVERYWHERE, but don't be an annoying spammer.
(1/9) So this should be pretty obvious. You want to tell as many people about your product, and there are a bunch of places you can do this for free. ๐

(1/5) This needs to be the first thing you do. Before you're ready to launch you need to start building your audience, and that audience is going to need a place to be sent to find out what you're offering.
(1/4) Getting your product 'done' and out there is more important than finishing off a bunch of features. Your first version should be held together with stickytape...
