I have a confession to make: I have spent the last few days chasing a shiny new idea. I had an idea over the weekend and went all in, and have made no progress on notKiwi because of it
I've been loving @atomicfusionio since I start using it a couple weeks ago. My productivity on Bubble is easily 10x what it was before—great work, team!
Yesterday @ThursdayByPLG relaunched on PH which was my first time seeing their product. It’s really similar to what I want to do with notKiwi and they’re absolutely crushing it.
The kicker is it’s completely free— how do I compete with something like that? #buildinpublic
This week in my #buildinpublic challenge is all about co-founders, but instead of searching for a partner I was thinking about joining a community instead
I announced earlier today that my site was now live, but I noticed that my link preview still displayed the Bubble default tags. A quick search revealed that I had not assigned any SEO or metatags to my pages...
As much as I want to delay my website launch and spend more time perfecting it, I did this challenge to release early and iterate. I’m planning to tie up loose ends and go live tonight!
It's funny, I started this #buildinpublic challenge as a way to structure my product building and share with others. There's no other strings attached but I feel like I'm taking it really seriously! #tweet100
I need to keep reminding myself to be creative and exciting with my product copy. I want users to have fun and be entertained, and not have to read mind-numbing corporate jargon
Finding a dominant product that hasn't released an update in months (or years!) is like falling into a goldmine. It's a clear signal of an opportunity to swoop in and take those customers
Having busy weeks without much time spent building just makes me that much more motivated to build the first chance I get. It's exciting stuff! My to-build list is growing by the day...
Things are really starting to heat up. The last two weeks have been a cake walk (product idea & branding) but this week gets serious-- it's website building time!
It may not seem like much but the name took me a long time to come up with. I knew I wanted a short, inexpensive .com domain that was fun and easy to remember
I think the "not" part is fun—it's silly and I hope it sticks with my users! #buildinpublic
