We've got 91 signups for @LetsGetOuterly, 5 premium subscribers, and are working on our first B2B(2C) partnership!

We're hitting our goal of 5% premium subs, and while our user base is small, I still have faith we'll hit 100K Before Earth Day.
It’s Day 2 and I’ve written 30 personal welcome emails, pitched two B2B partnerships, went to two networking get togethers, and got drenched in the DC rain.

Revenue: $55! (1 annual, 1 monthly subscriber)

Action Items: Sending welcome emails to everyone who registered today, fixing bugs, and planning our first Outerly Outing :)
I've been really struggling with founder burnout lately. It's warping my energy levels and ability to focus.

Things are going well, we're building & growing, but I have to keep the burnout symptoms in check so I don't spin my wheels in the wrong direction. #buildinpublic
Spent all day working on our customer onboarding flow for @LetsGetOuterly and my head is spinning.

Thankful for @ConvertKit for being my fav newsletter platform and to my dog for reminding me it's time to get some fresh air.
