We've been noticing users using our platform extensively, without paying. In our model, without payment, one can't download resumes.

So it was strange for us to see users coming back but not converting to paid users.

User acquisition has been tricky for us

1. One-time launches across platforms like PH, BetaList etc: brought in high volume traffic but temporarily

2. Ads on Google, Facebook & Insta: conversion to paid users was low

3. SEO: has been the best bet so far ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Although I had set some target countries, we were getting traffic from outside these locations

Recommendation: In addition to specifying target locations, use 'Presence' under 'Location options' and not 'Presence or interest'
