📣 A little #buildinpublic update.

Over the last few weeks we've been working with customers to get their local stores on @OrdalocaHQ , and have completely reworked product variants and modifiers.

The best bit? It's now unlocked loads of new ways to run local businesses! 🤩

Over the last week, we have spoken to our first 5 key local businesses about @OrdalocaHQ and ALL 5 signed up and have given extremely good feedback. This week we will hit 1.0 release and will be overseeing their onboarding. Here we go... 🚀

Any recommendations on best, lowish cost tools for simple SVG animations (not AE). I also use Sketch mostly for vectors, so the fewer steps to integrate the better.

Our drip email Crisp plugin has been test running over the holiday break and so far works like a charm. Next is production for Ordaloca. Some UI polish and maybe release in the marketplace?

🤔 Funny, I often come back to wishing I had continued MakeItLaunchIt. It would be great for #buildinpublic as I like pure update timelines of how something gets built. Rather than just a series of social posts.

🔥 Radial search for @OrdalocaHQ was pretty quick to build. In fact this whole discovery page I think has taken less than 2 days in total, including filtering (scoring via functions).

Just been rapidly building a POS interface based on our store APIs. This is running as a web app but feels pretty responsive.

So local businesses can have a simple POS alongside everything else in ⁦@OrdalocaHQ⁩
