Decided to practice what I preach and started to implement testimonials onto my newsletter's landing page.

I've been using @SenjaHQ for collection and highly recommend it. Check them out if you're looking for a simple tool that also embeds easily.

I recently started polling my email list to see where they are in their email journey.

I discovered that many are just starting out or need help growing their list.

Opposite of what I assumed.

Lesson: Always ASK your audience what they need help with.

This weekend, I added tags to my newsletter. 12% of my list clicked an option.

This will help me with what products/services to create.

Plan is to move this into my welcome email to start tagging subscribers from the start & build better segmentation.
Over the weekend, 110 creators learned how to pre-sell their email list for their next product launch.

List growing slow and steady. About 10 new subs per week.

Curation of Twitter threads remains popular. @alexgarcia_atx and @content_remedy featured this week.

My weekly newsletter is just over 30 days old.

Small audience BUT highly engaged so far (the challenge will be keeping this up as I scale πŸ˜…).
