Time limits are important and Parkinson's law is very real. Work does expand to fill the time allotted to it.

Shipping the mvp asap is surprisingly hard. But we have to do it. We need the user feedback to iterate.

I've found SMART goals helpful. Somehow the act of setting a date and then sharing it with others has helped keep me moving. But all that does absolutely nothing if you don't regularly visit the goals you've set yourself. 😂 #goals #motivation #accountability #buildinpublic
