I'm more excited about this than anything I've done before. It's the culmination of 6 YEARS working with early-stage founders to help validate product ideas.
Being a solo dev can be incredibly isolating without anyone to bounce ideas off or pull me out of rabbit holes!
My current strategy is a Paper Boss: clearly defined + prioritised daily tasks for the next month, and accountability from progress tracking + #BuildInPublic tweets.

It's so true! After speaking to so many Shopify app entrepreneurs this week to share my learnings, I have started to further understand it even more deeply.
