I've always felt weird about seeing MRR and similar numbers when folks build in public. You shouldn't make your customers feel like a statistic. 🥴

Set up a chatbot on our site a few hours ago and already got a few leads!!! They weren't lying about LOW-EFFORT 2-way comms. 😳 having someone msg an on-page widget is far easier than going to open email, crafting an email...
