@cjaythecreator It's either 🍄 or #buildinpublic.

Equally painful and transformative.

Maybe combine the two? 🤪
Let's try this TikTok thing.

The quality of my videos sucks because I used the built-in camera of my ageing Mac, but in the best #buildinpublic tradition - quality comes last.
@agraddy That's an excellent addition - a low fidelity mockup feels open ended and invites a lot better comments and when you implement these comments it triggers committment and reciprocity which makes the sale easier.

I think this is a big reason why #buildinpublic works so well.
A good reminder to design a virality loop into every product and service.

Now I need to figure out how I could do it with @GrowthLabSo.

Maybe by encouraging students to document their journey on Twitter #buildinpublic style?
The lack of a virality loop in products really make them so much harder to market
@HeyItzaMi Browsing can be both inspiring and demotivating depending on where you're at. But you're not likely to find any good ideas to work on if you're only focusing on #buildinpublic. You'll need to look broader around your other interests or hobbies to find a problem worth solving.
@heymattia @saveoursocialco Now imagine you want to target a niche, say #buildinpublic people who also have #ADHD. You just find a big accounts for each, find all the people who follow both, and voilla!

Hey @ph_bernard, sounds like another interesting product!
I find it challenging sharing my #buildinpublic journey when what I'm doing right now is sending cold DMs. It feels awkward talking about what I'm doing, knowing that the first thing those people will see on my timeline is me talking about them! 1/12
@MohsenKamranii @j3njohnson @01ayushgarg Your journey isn't boring. It's full of excitement, expectations, wins and failures. They just may seem too small to matter. But to people a few steps behind you they are fascinating. Come join the #buildinpublic train. We're figuring things out and trying to be honest & humble.
I'm aiming for $100k revenue by end of year. My strategy is to package my existing skills as a high priced offers for people who can afford it.

It's very uncomfortable, which means it's going to be valuable even if it fails.

Here's what I've learned so far:

#buildinpublic

👇
I used to think I should be using Twitter to find customers for my products.

It's way better at making friends and helping each other out.

#buildinpublic for the win!
I'm tired. I launched a new cohort on Reddit today and wrote over 300 comments. This one has almost 80 people in it and I'm helping each of them individually. This won't scale. I'm think I'm doing it right.
