Trying to get better at this #buildinpublic thing and share more. Things I’m battling with today:

1. Burnout.
Timezones + Workload + Introvert = lack of sleep and constant battery drain.

2. Flakiness
Lawyers routinely cancel/reschedule calls 5 minutes before a meeting.
Another big brand client joined us today. It feels incredible each time.
The hours + lack of sleep consistency is killing me, but our growth is steady and good, and becoming predictable.
My eyes are blurring now but trying to remember to share #buildinpublic

Our new onboarding is having a huge impact on client adoption rates.
What did we do? Pattern match current behaviour, white glove treatment and mutual action plans.
