I fucked up the first Linkedin Ad so I'm running a second as a test. This time to a google form/ waitlist. There's not really a waitlist collecting emails give me a chance to continue touch points. First ad users just bounced and waste of money. #buildinpublic #startups

Have 3 signups a week w/ out a landing page. However witnessing users get stuck. Perhaps landing page was more important to user education than anticipated. Users don’t know how to use, or how I envisioned. Must fix low usage before increasing marketing. #startups #buildinpublic

Getting users is easy for me. I'm resourceful. Getting users to use the tool is fucking hard. This tells me on boarding sucks. 80+ users joined the last 60 days & less than 10 created boards. Must work on this
