- $1,581 revenue (+228% MoM)
- $119 revenue per customer (up 116%)
- 13 paying customers
- 39 new signups (each one had a personalized 1-1 onboarding call)

63% of that revenue was driven by one customer = very risky for June.

I changed our homepage CTA from 'Join Waitlist' to 'Get Early Access' with a scarcity message 'Just 23 spots left!' and it increased conversion rates by 92%.
