I see a lot of founders here joking about how they’re write features to avoid marketing or something.

I guess I’m one level deeper, writing config files and wasting time on CI/CD when I should be writing features 🙃

Having to setup a bunch of things manually is definitely a lot of overhead work..

Started working on the WhatsApp reminders feature today. Mostly reading docs, and preparing the boilerplate stuff needed for it. Got around ~1.5hr of work done before being requested to play hide and seek with the kiddo 🙃 #buildinpublic

But hey, at least I finally merged *something* into main. Took me a week to do a 4 hour task, but I don't care, it's progress 🙃

I really really really dislike firestore's node api 🥲 feels so unnatural, I miss working with Ruby :( Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to NoSQL, I've never used it outside of pet projects.
