Getting traffic to our website is essential.

I tested Twitter ads - didn't work. Tested Google Ads - didn't work (though I will be testing it in the future with a bigger budget).

Onboarding Program is a must for every new employee. It can be a simple plan for the 1st-week/30-days/60-days/90-days.

Tomorrow our new team member (Talent Scout) will receive a 90-days onboarding program created individually for him.
