I'm using AWS to manually test my webhook delivery engine 🏗️

A lambda function exposed with API Gateway, logging debugging information that ends up in CloudWatch.

Very simple and quick to iterate, and costs close to nothing!

Running via Docker containers will be the only officially supported way to run it🐋. I believe containers are ubiquitous enough these days that this is a safe move
