🎉 As of now, Arbeitnow has 15 paid job postings just from the last month.

Quite a bit of progress for the evening! @laravelphp makes it so easy.

Here we go, Netherlands. Surely your taxes can't be as complicated as Germany, right?

Trying to show the salary after taxes - work in progress.
View full breakdown will link to a page and will look like a button soon!

Thoughts?

I log a very small percentage of transactions and @getsentry is extremely valuable to track performance.

Now displaying both monthly and yearly salaries after taxes in Germany! What do you think?

Added an icon to indicate it's an external link.

Added an Apply button now at the bottom of the job posts based on feedback - what do you think?

Not how a deployment on Sunday was supposed to go

Love that feeling when it's this notification from Stripe! 🎉

My favorite part of coding is removing lines that I wrote. WIP.

Turns out I have a bug which sends the same paid job notification twice with an hour gap. If only it paid twice! 😂

What a good day to have paid job advertisements!

For @arbeitnow, I write feature first and then tests to back it up later. This time, I decided to write tests along since this will be a lot of numbers to crunch and I'm liking it a lot.

Only kind of Slack notifications that I like! Received the first couple of them today.

Today I added a Slack notification to my channel in case there's a paid job posting on @arbeitnow

@laravelphp makes this so easy to implement!

What I'm particularly happy about is that the average position is constantly improving (month on month). Perhaps Google now knows where Arbeitnow stands.

I'm not particularly considered about the drops. The choice of narrowing the focus of the job board is to attract candidates and be more useful to them. Even if there are less clicks to the site, that's fine.
