The best part, bcoz actively #buildinpublic I got over 200+ users on the waitlist & it was still growing.

The users then gave me feedback & what to improve.

This gave a new & better direction.

1/ @trymarked was my 2nd tech product (as a non-tech founder), 1st one failed.

I was really excited to build this one with #nocode tools & #buildinpublic

Last month I hardly spend time on building @_visualist becoz I had no motivation, nothing put me in that mood.

So, I spend most of my time treating myself & writing (published 7 articles 🤣). One was on dot 12:59 31/7😅.

Considering niching down development of @_visualist. The vision is big but can be started with only 1 feature, which can be sometimes hard to find.

It'll help me:
-build fast
-iterate quicker
-validate less
-less integration
-cheaper to build

I was doing competitor research for my new product & found people have worked on the idea before but never took it to next level

1 was stopped building in that direction
1 got acquired & the other stopped the development

I can take away all of their customers 😜

The growth will be very slow & you'll give up.

Before it took 18 months to reach $1000 MRR.
Now it takes 2 months to reach $1000 MRR.

Because now I'm more focused on building a community & connection who turn into my first buyers.

Once you succeed, it can be addictive & you want to do it more often.
