The list format doesn't feel very engaging, and is very much "tell rather than show"

Indiehacking and #buildinpublic is difficult when the rest of your life is busy! I've had a couple of extended periods of inactivity over the last month, losing momentum. I'm trying to change this!

1) Not making the most of my waitlist 📝

People have signed up for the TESTA/BLY waitlist, but I've not used this process to gather data or talk to customers - these are missed opportunities to learn what features people want

I've taken a bit of a break this weekend to recharge my batteries and avoid burnout.

Now I can't wait to get building again this week. My to-do list:

→ API authorization for admin/user roles
→ Onboarding process
→ Start new landing page

I had a great conversation with the landing page guy @helloitsolly the other day.

The takeaway? Whether your A/B test is statistically significant is one of the biggest challenges with A/B testing tools.
