Feels great to hear that people loved the case study.

It was the first time I created one ... and I used a #BuildInPublic style that I really liked time.
⭐ Who do you want to connect with?

There are 2 common approaches.

Prioritizing those that:
→ you want to help
→ are like you (aka #BuildInPublic)

Both groups are incredibly important, but each takes a lot.

My goal: focus on those that are at the intersection.
Knowing what product to build is hard.

Understanding your audience's pains isn't enough.

There is just so much you could do.

A mentor shared a hack that made it easier for me.

This is my #BuildInPublic journey with NicheMastery 👇
#BuildInPublic is hard.

Even for those that have a track record with it.

I did not do a great job with the 21-day challenge either.

But hoping to reboot the effort again in a couple of days.

Read for @heymattia's lessons:
I was completely wrong.

One month ago, I joined the #buildinpublicmastery challenge.

My personal goal was to build and launch a product in 21 days, but I failed.

Here's why 👇

@MeetKevon I am just starting my #BuildInPublic journey and am excited about it.

@MeetKevon 2/ More progress and more support.

Analyzing those that are effective with #BuildInPublic was eye-opening.

They shared far more progress updates than I expected.

And they supported each other - both with helping make better decisions and promoting each others work.
To validate ideas while building them and growing an audience, I needed to #BuildInPublic.

But, I failed when trying to do it for a few months.

I am extremely grateful to @MeetKevon's #BuildInPublicMastery for helping me with it.

Here are some of my biggest takeaways:
Did a quick review.

In June:
- published MVP's of NicheMastery book and course
- built my #BuildInPublic muscle

In July, I plan to:
- refine book and course
- launch NicheMastery interview's: "learning from the experts"
- build a #StoryTelling muscle

Let me know any thoughts.
So, how did the NicheMastery course 'launch' go?

Summary: No one noticed issues, but yesterday was tough.

A #BuildInPublic update on course building. 👇
In the spirit of #BuildInPublic - I just got a decent version of my landing page ready.

If you are a...
- course creator,
- thinking about creating a course, OR
- feel like educating your audience will you differentiate yourself,

I would love your feedback! ❤️
Why I plan on #BuildInPublic.
How does a coder build a startup without selling his soul?

I have started 2 companies.

I worked with partners, raised money, and worked through acquisition interest.

But, despite love letters from customers, we made too many short-term compromises and failed.

🕑 Going forward...

My #BuildInPublic review highlights that I need to:
• refine marketing and
• significantly do more in enabling sales.

I would love to hear what you think.

💡 Time to #BuildInPublic!

I (& Implicit) looks to help professionals learn and succeed.

This means tooling to help experts succeed with teaching.

And, yes, I need to share more about it.
Not Helpful:
#BuildInPublic is an opportunity for marketing (and people need to hear your message many times before buying).

Helpful:
#BuildInPublic allows you to be vulnerable and therefore build trust (and building trust is worth its weight in gold).
@KylieKrejmas This is why I've loved seeing whats going on and occasionally participating in #buildinpublic

Such a great community and theres so much to be learned from its members.
Bought a domain last week to reboot an old project and #BuildInPublic

It is in the area that I care about - helping people learn with others.

More after I put up the landing page.
Feeling like I need to do more and #BuildInPublic

Who is doing it well? What can the rest of us learn from?
#BuildInPublic is gaining momentum, but the more valuable subset is the #LearnInPublic part.

You could keep things confidential if you need to.

And you can not only learn directly from others, share insights & tips, but also make your learnings broadly available.
