Since listening on @arvidkahl:s podcast on calm businesses, I have been thinking about the sales funnel. We tend to focus on TOFU stuff (lead generation, SEO, etc). You as a small startup founder should probably focus on customer fit more.
I know I'm really into releasing only perfection, so my current projects plan is to have a clearly defined MVP, and that I will allow myself 2 weeks to polish after this. Anyone have any other suggestions to avoid the perfection pitfall?
I have thought a fair bit about marketing SaaS lately. We want to reach the people feeling pain I recon, but I feel we tend to focus on activities that are general, like blogging or tweeting rather than talking at people when they feel the pain. 🤔
