Not a ton of time on fractional.careers today but I did reread Derrick Reimer's Level Manifesto for inspiration. He did a great job of telling a story with that piece which has me rethinking my approach a bit.
Tried @noahwbragg's @potion_so as a potential site builder. Couldn't get @NotionHQ's tables to publicly filter so I embedded an @airtable which has mobile drawbacks.
Yesterday I identified all the risk is in market and marketing. Today I thought through how to attack that risk. tl;dr I can quickly get an MVP which will be 100x more valuable than customer interviews or other validation.
I'm taking a deliberate, methodical approach to building businesses. Today I did a pre-mortem to think through how a fractional careers job board will fail which will guide me in reducing risk.
